Images & colours
Completed needlepoint tapestry kits are depicted as finished products throughout the website, often made into cushions, purely for indicative purposes. Remember colours appear differently across digital platforms, such a mobiles and laptops, screen resolution etc, and will therefore vary to actual wool colours.

Each tapestry kit comes in an elegant black eco-friendly rope handled bag with colour illustration and includes:
- Luxury 10 holes per inch (hpi) printed canvas
- 100% pure English wools from Appleton to complete the design in half cross-stitch
- Tapestry needle
- Reference chart
- Colour key
- Illustrated instructions
- Stitch guide

Prices are correct at time of publishing online but may alter without prior notice.

Orders
We aim to send off your kit(s) within 7 days of having received your order, with most sent within 48 hours. Sometimes stock can sell out before we’ve been able to update the website, and we won’t be able to dispatch your kit(s) until new stock becomes available.
If you want an update about your order – perhaps the kit is a gift and/or you have a specific deadline – please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@thenakedcanvas.com quoting your order reference.
Rest assured, we endeavour to advise customers of any delays we become aware of prior to dispatch.
Postage
UK
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ service.
- 1st class: £4.95
- 2nd class: £3.75
All UK and EU orders are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Please be advised, some kits will not fit through a standard letterbox. If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, you may have to collect your order from your local sorting office.
Overseas
Postage charges are clearly visible when you place your order depending on the country you wish the kit(s) to be sent to. Simply click on the ‘Calculate Shipping’ link in the Basket page.
The majority of overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail ‘International Tracked & Signed’ service.

Privacy policy
We do not pass on your details, or any customer information, to any third party, except name and address as required for the delivery of your order.
Keeping your information safe is important to us. We only keep a record of the information that is needed to complete your order, and ensure the best customer service.
We take steps to keep all data as secure as possible. Should you want to amend the personal details we store for you, please email sales@thenakedcanvas.com
Credit Card Payments
Orders via our website are securely processed by PayPal. You can pay with a credit card or a PayPal account.
We at The Naked Canvas do not store, or, have access to any customer credit card information relating to your orders.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re unsure of anything regarding the kits please get in touch.
We do everything in-house to ensure each kit is made and packaged with the greatest care and attention. Kits are rarely returned but should you wish to return an item, you need to email sales@thenakedcanvas.com quoting your order reference, within 48 hours of receipt.
Only unused, undamaged and complete kits in their original packaging, can be returned.
Please use a Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and not received.
We will refund the cost of the order to the original card holder, but cannot refund the cost of returning the item to us.
Please anticipate some processing time before you receive a refund.
